Hoddeok is a popular Korean street snack that’s made out of balls of yeasty dough stuffed with a mixture of brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon. I remember pretty clearly the day when i tried a 'Hoddeok' for the first time. It is a snack to warm me on a cold winter day. Hoddeok is a sweet and crispy dessert and it's still my favorite.
